Feb. 3rd, 2026 | Written by: Shae Regan, Executive Editor | Multimedia Journalist
WICHITA,Kan. -The Collective recently brought together local business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals for an educational networking event focused on modern marketing strategies and business growth. The event featured presentations from three Wichita-based professionals who each shared practical, real-world insights designed to help small businesses show up more consistently and confidently in today’s digital landscape.
Shae Regan, owner of Shae’s Point of View, spoke on the importance of social media visibility for small businesses and real estate professionals. Regan emphasized that success online doesn’t require perfection, expensive equipment, or viral videos, but instead relies on consistency, clarity, and authenticity. “People don’t connect with perfect brands,” Regan shared. “They connect with real people who show up consistently and communicate clearly.” Her presentation broke down simple, attainable content strategies business owners can implement without overwhelming budgets or time commitments.
Also presenting was Amanda Munslow of GRIT Marketing, who focused on strategic marketing fundamentals and brand positioning. Munslow discussed how businesses can better define their messaging, understand their audience, and align their marketing efforts with long-term goals rather than chasing short-term trends. Rounding out the speaker lineup was a representative from Strategic Workspace, who highlighted the value of community, collaboration, and flexible work environments in supporting business growth.
The discussion reinforced how physical space and professional networks play a key role in productivity and connection for local entrepreneurs. Attendees left with actionable takeaways, renewed motivation, and a stronger sense of community, core pillars of The Collective’s mission to support collaboration and growth within Wichita’s business and real estate communities. The event underscored a shared message from all speakers: sustainable business growth happens when strategy, visibility, and community come together.
