This morning’s WIBA Coffee & Conversation was full of energy and inspiration. Members of the Wichita Independent Business Association gathered at The Phoenix CrossFit gym in downtown Wichita for a morning of community, coffee, and meaningful conversation.

The Phoenix isn’t your typical gym. It’s part of a nationwide movement focused on changing how society approaches addiction and recovery. Through hundreds of sober events and activities each week, The Phoenix creates safe spaces where people can build friendships, find support, and have fun — all while staying substance-free.

Attendees got the chance to explore the space, hear from The Phoenix team, and connect with other Wichita business leaders who share a passion for making a difference. Topics ranged from community wellness and leadership to the importance of showing up for one another in business and life.

WICHITA, Kan. - The Collective in Wichita, KS continues to prove why it’s one of the most intentional, relationship-driven groups in the local real estate industry. Art Collective Lights Up Downtown Wichita with an Evening of Creativity and Jazz

WICHITA, KS — The Commerce Club brought art, music, and community together in a remarkable way during its Art Collective event on Friday, November 7. From 6 to 9 PM, the heart of downtown transformed into a vibrant space where local creativity took center stage and guests experienced an unforgettable blend of visual and musical expression.
The evening showcased brand-new works from three distinguished Wichita artists: Lynda Carrier-Metz, Bill Goffrier, and Torin Andersen.
Each artist brought a unique perspective , from contemporary textures and bold colorwork to thoughtful compositions that sparked conversation and admiration throughout the room. Attendees were invited not just to view the art, but to engage with the creators themselves, gaining insight into technique, story, and inspiration.

Adding to the atmosphere was live jazz performed by Noah Williams & Cole Ashcraft, whose smooth rhythms and improvisational energy carried through the venue and elevated the experience. Their performance created the perfect soundtrack for an event rooted in collaboration, culture, and connection.

The Man Show Expo Brings Big Crowds and High Energy to Wichita

The Man Show Expo took over the Park City Arena the weekend of October 24–25, 2025, and it was a massive success. Thousands of visitors came out to enjoy two days filled with excitement, innovation, and entertainment. From start to finish, the event was packed with energy, great conversations, and impressive displays from local and national vendors.

A Celebration of All Things “Man Show”
The expo featured everything from power tools and trucks to fitness gear, outdoor equipment, and technology. Attendees got to test products, watch demonstrations, and connect directly with experts and local businesses. The variety of exhibits made it a hit for all ages, with something for everyone to enjoy whether they were looking for the latest gadgets or just came for a fun weekend outing.

Community, Connection, and Fun
Beyond the products and gear, The Man Show Expo created a real sense of community. Local businesses, entrepreneurs, and brands came together to showcase their work and connect with customers in a relaxed, upbeat environment.
